  • 1990 Established in the UK as Multec Part Of Brunel UK Group
  • March 1995 Secured Preferred Supplier Deal with Dana PTG for all Contract & Permanent Recruitment
  • August 1996 Move to new premises in St Paul’s Square in the Centre Of Birmingham
  • 1999 Brunel is Floated on the Stock Market
  • July 2001 Multec Purchased From Brunel by Management Team.
  • July 2001 M-Tec begins trading.
  • July 2002 M-Tec commit to working towards IIP Accreditation.
  • August 2002 M-Tec celebrate their 1st Year in trading at the Races.
  • March 2003 M-Tec become a Preferred Supplier To Toyota.
  • April 2003 IIP Accreditation Achieved.
  • November 2003 M-Tec Establish Internal Training Programme for all Recruitment consultants.
  • January 2004 M-Tec Join the REC.
  • September 2004 Preferred Supplier to Johnson Controls UK.
  • April 2006 Preferred Supplier to Honda.
  • July 2006 M-Tec Are At The Farnborough Air Show.
  • February 2007 M-Tec Awarded The PSL For Federal Mogul Across Europe.
  • July 2007 Trainee Recruitment Programme Commenced.
  • Year End July 2007 3.5 Million Turnover.
  • September 2007 Moved In To M-Tec House.
  • September 2007 – M-Tec develops its Contract Division.
  • October 2007 Retained by IAC to Support Pan-European Programmes.
  • January 2008 Development & Launch Of M-Tec’s New Website.
  • October 2008 M-Tec enter into a Global recession.
  • January 2010 M-Tec come out of the recession and begin the rebuilding process.
  • January 2010 – Contract Division reaches 50 staff.
  • March 2010 – M-Tec enters into the Engineering Design House Market.
  • June 2010 – M-Tec recruits three new consultants to support the automotive and material handling divisions.
  • March 2011 – M-Tec Group opens its Engineering Design office to support an Aston Martin Project.
  • January 2012 – M-Tec to develop it’s Head Hunting division.
  • June 2012 – M-Tec commence in the Executive Search Market.
  • July 2012 – Turnover reaches £4 million
  • December 2012 – Contractor numbers are at 65.
  • July 2013 – Turnover reaches £5 Million.
  • July 2013 – Executive Search division expands with the appointment of Multi-Lingual Consultant.
  • December 2013 – Contractor Numbers reach 90.
  • February 2014 – M-Tec Design Office has nearly 50 staff and a turnover of £4.5 Million.
  • June 2014 – M-Tec Turnover reaches £7 Million
  • July 2014 – Executive Search expands with an additional two Consultants
  • July 2014 – Launch of M-Tec Engineering Solutions and M-Tec Executive Partnership websites.
